On April 20 — 4 / 20 Day for those who celebrate — TLB handed out free copies of comic books (written, drawn, and first circulated over three decades ago) as a promotional effort for his movie project High Stakes. Two months later, two RCMP officers showed up on his doorstep and informed him he was under investigation for this.
